We bought these decades ago to use for restoration or to construct a pair of epaulets, but they have sat in storage so here the go.
The bullion coils would have hung from the holes around the edge and these “C” fittings sat at the end.
We’ll include a photo of a complete epaulet if you are not familiar with these.
