    Description

    Up for auction is a working 1960 Pepsi Transistor Radio in great shape.   6 5/8" x 3 1/8".   Tiny, light scratches on the radio, but hard to notice without close examination.  The red leather case is present!   On it, note the bottle cap insignia is half worn.  Please see pictures for condition.  Tested and works!  I have left intact the 4 new double A batteries I used, so you can play it as soon as you receive it!  The inside of the radio is clean, clean, clean!  This radio is a BEAUTY!
    According to the 2002 book by Bob Stoddard entitled "The Encyclopedia of Pepsi Collectibles", page 195, this was listed as rarity D back then, which is rare!  One doesn't see many of these for sale so now is your chance to own it!
    I am selling my entire Pepsi collection, with about 100 more items to list.... radios, 3D cardboard girls, syrup tins, vintage clocks, trolley signs, paper cups, etc, so please be on the lookout for more great items in the next month++.  All items have been preciously stored away for the last (up to) 16 years and it's time to pass them on to someone who can continue the Pepsi love!
